Where do you deliver and what is the cost?
We deliver with our own couriers throughout Bucharest and Ilfov County. The delivery cost is automatically calculated on the order completion page, based on the exact address.
How long does delivery take?
Our promise is speed. For products in the "Ready to Give" category, delivery is made within a maximum of 2 hours from order confirmation in Bucharest and its surrounding areas.
Can I pick up the flowers in person?
Of course! We are waiting for you in any of the 4 Flor&More locations: The Bucharest Workshop (110 Gheorghe Țițeica Street), Lemon Retail Park (Voluntari), Corbeanca or Otopeni (Odăi). Select the "Store pickup" option at checkout.
Do the flowers look exactly like the pictures on the website?
We work with natural products, so there may be slight variations depending on the bloom stage or seasonality. However, we guarantee that the design, volume, and freshness will always reflect the premium Flor&More standard you have chosen.

Absolutely. Each bouquet or gift can be accompanied by a card with your message. You can write the desired text in the dedicated field on the order page.
How do I keep flowers fresh longer?
Each bouquet comes with care instructions and flower food. The golden rule: cut the stems at a 45° angle and change the cold water every 2 days.
How do flower subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are designed to bring constant freshness to your home or office, without you having to worry about repeated orders. You choose the frequency, and we deliver joy to your door.
Do you offer consulting for weddings or corporate events?
Yes, our team of floral designers specializes in event decorations. We recommend contacting us at least 2-4 weeks in advance to plan every detail together.
